Adrineh Betcheri joined Glen Oaks Escrow in 2001 after a successful career in real estate sales of new homes. She quickly advanced to become an Escrow Officer and continues to work in our Glendale office as one of the top producers. Adrineh has become our expert in tracts and subdivisions, benefiting from her experience in tract sales as a real estate licensee. She also handles residential and commercial sales, REOs, short sales, refinances and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Adrineh is fluent in English, Armenian and Farsi and is well respected in the Glendale community. Adrineh brings a higher level of professionalism and client service to the escrow industry enabling her to provide a smooth escrow transaction for the first time buyer as well as the experienced investor.
