A native Californian with 15 years of escrow experience in Los Angeles County, Christy Holcomb knows what she does best—helping people.

“My favorite aspect of working in escrow is helping agents, buyers and sellers go through transactions smoothly and efficiently. Christy worked in Santa Clarita for several years before making the move to the Glen Oaks Escrow office in Valencia. “This company stands apart in so many ways, from adopting state-of-the-art technology to marketing interaction in social media. They are definitely ahead of the curve.” She handles all aspects of escrow from residential and refinance to REOs, short pays and foreclosures. A licensed real estate agent and notary public, Christy is also an active member of the California Escrow Association.

When not helping others, Christy helps herself to a good book or heads out to the coast for long walks on the beach.
