Ellen Dilbeck started her career in escrow in 1984. As the receptionist for a leading escrow company in the Foothills above Glendale, Ellen quickly rose to the status of Escrow Officer. Handling her own transactions, she maintained a large clientele base, closing both Residential Resale and Refinance Transactions.

Ellen joins our company with a thorough knowledge and understanding of the industry, bringing focus and attention to detail in every transaction. Her main focus is the Multi-Family Transaction, both refinances and resales. Many of her clients are sophisticated investors involved in highly complex transactions. Ellen is always willing to go the extra step to assist the principals to a successful closing. Outgoing and friendly, her great people skills make the escrow process a pleasure for everyone involved.
