Bio:

After handling bulk sale escrows for over 35 years, Frances Meron is a specialist who provides her clients with an exceptional base of knowledge and service at Glen Oaks Escrow in Glendale.

“I’ve always been drawn to bulk sale escrows because of the challenge and complexity involved,” offered Frances.  “Every transaction is different because every business is different. As a result, I’m working with buyers and sellers as well as brokers, attorneys, landlords, creditors, state taxing agencies and liquor licensing.  I’ve closed transactions on everything from private schools, restaurants and bars to pharmacies and manufacturing companies – it’s very gratifying.”  Frances is bilingual in Spanish and English.
