Kathlene (Kathy) Francis, has worked in real estate and escrow since 1999, including as a licensed real estate agent, a listing coordinator and as an office administrator for a real estate agency. In 2003, she moved into escrow.

Since starting with Glen Oaks Escrow in 2004, Kathlene has loved helping buyers and sellers close on their real estate dreams. “I love helping people understand the escrow process while keeping them relaxed, it can be a very stressful and exciting time for all parties.” As an escrow officer, she combines her 10 years paralegal experience of “directing the paper flow” with the excitement of real estate.

Kathlene works with REO Escrows, Residential/Commercial Sale escrows, along with Refinances all over California and Arizona.

When she’s not helping expedite real estate transactions, Kathlene enjoys spending time reading, kayaking and just hanging out with her son.
