Maria Bolks brings more than a decade of experience and bilingual capabilities (English and Spanish) to her position as Escrow Officer with Glen Oaks Escrow. She joined the rapidly growing Glendale office in 2008.

“I was very impressed with their state-of-the-art technology and tools,” Maria said about her decision to join Glen Oaks Escrow. “I’ve worked for independent escrow companies throughout my career and have never had such superb support.” The demands of the real estate market continually evolve, and the systems in place at Glen Oaks Escrow have enabled Maria to maintain her priorities. “Personal communication is very important to me. If I’m not calling on clients, our sales team stays in contact, ensuring Glen Oaks Escrow is there for them.” Maria’s wide array of escrow services include: residential resale, foreclosures, refinance, land sales, bulk sales and mobile homes.

When she breaks away from her busy work schedule, Maria’s time is reserved for her family which includes two daughters and two sons, one of whom proudly serves the U.S. Navy.
