Mary Lotz has worked as a Certified Escrow Officer in the Glendale area for over 25 years and has been part of Glen Oaks Escrow since 1997. Residential and commercial sales, refinances, 1031 exchanges, subdivisions and tracts are some of her areas of expertise.

As a prominent member of the Glendale business community, Mary engages in many volunteer activities. The Real Estate industry, as well as local organizations including Descanso Gardens, Big Sisters and Soroptimist International, all benefit from her efforts.

Mary was honored to handle the largest transaction in the 20 year history of Glen Oaks Escrow. Her commitment to excellent customer service includes up to date knowledge about new regulations and industry standards.
