Shelley Valencia brings a rich and varied background to her position as Director of Business Development for Glen Oaks Escrow and serves the Glendale, Burbank and foothills region.  More than two decades in title, home warranty and disclosure provide her with keen insights into the needs and business objectives of today’s banks, realtors, brokers, sales agents and the expectations of their clients.

Shelley joined Glen Oaks Escrow in 2005 as its first Sales Representative. I’ve known Scott Akerley, President of Glen Oaks Escrow, since our school days and was thrilled at the opportunity to join his team, she said. Building enduring client relationships is important to me, and that’s been possible with the support, professionalism and consistent integrity of this organization. I absolutely love what I do and consider Glen Oaks Escrow my second family. Shelley’s own high standards and dedication have earned her accolades as well, most recently from the Burbank Board of Realtors for Affiliate of the Year in 2009.   Her expertise, friendly demeanor and can-do
attitude have opened doors and won many referrals from pleased clients.

A native of Canada, Shelley is happiest when she’s in the sun, boating, water skiing or just spending quality time with her husband, Robert, and their two daughters.
