After graduating from San Diego State University with a degree in Business Management, Claudia took on her first role in escrow as an assistant. She didn’t know anything about escrow at the time but immediately knew she had found her calling. Throughout her career, she has worked through every wave of the real estate market, gaining invaluable insight and becoming a patient, dynamic, and well-rounded escrow officer. She has had the privilege of opening and managing branches, training teams, and building long-standing relationships with real estate professionals across the California coast. Claudia understands that the escrow process can be both exciting and emotional – whether it’s a first-time home purchase, a sale due to life changes, or a complex transaction. Her goal is always to make each client’s experience warm, personal, and seamless, delivering five-star service from start to finish. She specializes in resale, short sale, commercial, and For Sale by Owner (FSBO) transactions and thrives on the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of the industry.
