Michael Earlewine serves as President of Pango Group, a family of independent escrow companies across Southern California that consists of CV Escrow, Glen Oaks Escrow, American Trust Escrow, Heritage Escrow, and Granite Escrow. Together, these brands operate across 15 offices as part of First American Title’s Direct Division.

Michael’s career spans the full lifecycle of the escrow business. He started as a realtor and broker, spent nearly a decade as an Escrow Officer at CV Escrow, and served as an Area Branch Manager before moving into channel leadership. He knows this business from the ground up, and that’s how he approaches leadership today.

Michael leads with clarity and collaboration, and believes that the best ideas come from the people who are at the front lines doing the work every day. He is focused on building strong, capable teams and providing the support they need to perform at a high level.
