Lisa Shultz is a Branch Manager and Escrow Officer at the Glen Oaks Escrow office in Del Mar, and she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team.

Before joining Glen Oaks Escrow, she had worked as a Branch Manager and Escrow Officer at three other companies for over three decades. Over that time, Lisa has had the opportunity to help clients through various market and economic conditions successfully, ultimately helping them reach their goals.

Lisa also possesses significant expertise in various transaction types, including subdivision, resales, commercial, and exchanges. With that expertise, Lisa can guide clients through even the most challenging escrows with exceptional communication, excellent problem-solving skills, and a sense of calmness. And, her love and passion for helping her clients, no matter what it takes, is evident in every escrow she touches.

When Lisa isn’t busy helping clients, she enjoys traveling, discovering new places, cooking, and entertaining friends.

With over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry, spanning 14 years in escrow and 10 years in commercial loans, Cecilia has become a trusted expert in communication and workflow optimization. She thrives in the ever-evolving world of real estate, finding inspiration in its dynamic and fast-paced nature. Her professional strengths lie in relationship building, collaboration, coaching, and problem solving, which she considers the most rewarding aspects of her work. Beyond the office, she has a passion for live theater, exploring the great outdoors through hiking and camping, and unwinding at the beach. Recently, she’s embraced golfing as an exciting new pastime. A fun and surprising fact about Cecilia? Despite not knowing how to swim, she adores being in the water and doesn’t let that stop her from an adventure!
