Read Bio Originally from Colombia, Judy knew at a very young age she wanted to obtain the American Dream of not only being successful, but also helping others in her career. Her passion for and interest in the real estate process spans back to her growing up in a real estate family, so it’s not a surprise that she’s been successfully helping clients with their escrow needs for nearly four decades. She currently is an Escrow Officer and Branch Manager at the Glen Oaks Escrow Pasadena office where she helps clients with escrows related to Residential Sales, Vacant Land Sales, Commercial Sales, Probate Sales, Lending and Refinances. With a degree in Business and transferable skills she obtained while working as a loan assistant, title representative and escrow company owner, Judy not only helps her clients navigate through their escrow with ease, but also ensures they understand the process and that there are no surprises. When Judy isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, expressing her creative side through gardening and ensuring her daughters and son partake in experiences that will lead them to equally passionate and successful professions.

Read Bio Adela Tang is an Escrow Officer with Glen Oaks Escrow in Pasadena. Having served the escrow community for over 30 years and brings a significant base of knowledge and experience to her clients that cover a wide variety of escrow transactions including residential, commercial, short sales and bulk sales. Understanding the vast intricacies of real estate comes naturally to Adela whose family is very active in the real estate industry. “Along with two other partners my sister and I started our own escrow company in 1986, sold it and came to join Escrow Trust Advisors,” she mentioned. “Although Glen Oaks Escrow has a large network of offices, I still feel very much a part of a family.” Adela is known for her proactive stance with clients. She believes in open communication, staying on top of files and managing complex transactions with the smooth efficiency that comes with years of experience. “It is my pleasure to work alongside agents, buyers, sellers, and borrowers to help ensure their escrow transactions close smoothly and on time. I strive to provide the highest level of service and care on every transaction and it is my goal to make a positive difference in their escrow experience.” An active outdoor’s woman, Adela enjoys participating in walking and hiking. She is also an ambassador for the Lending Hope Foundation, an international organization that assists poverty-level entrepreneurs.

Read Bio Escrow Officer, Stephanie Demars is happiest when clients tell her she made the property transaction process easy. To achieve those rewarding moments requires a strong support system, one of the primary reasons she joined Glen Oaks Escrow in Pasadena. “Buying and selling homes is stressful, confusing and perplexing for many people,” Stephanie said. “Here at Glen Oaks Escrow, I have an experienced team to help guide me in challenging situations, which is key to delivering the best possible customer service. Plus, everyone in our office is lighthearted and fun – a very down to earth group.” Stephanie has been in the escrow industry for more than 13 years. She manages commercial, resale, refinance, short sales, REOs and probate escrow transactions. She is also a Notary Public. She is known to go the distance in her professional life to ensure clients’ questions are answered and problems are solved. In her personal life, Stephanie goes to faraway lands to seek out new places, faces and cultures, most recently in Barcelona and Rome!

Read Bio Lory Lomeli serves as the Regional Escrow Operations Manager for CV Escrow Palm Springs and La Quinta locations, as well as California Settlement Services in Glendale. She has a true passion for serving others and brings nearly two decades of experience to her role. Her experience includes running a successful escrow desk and has proven to be a tremendous asset in the areas of proactively solving challenges before they happen, supporting her team’s needs, and effectively navigating changes in the market with grace and kindness in all that she does. Lory is able to pull from her previous experience and personal knowledge on a daily basis to ensure that her team and clients feel supported on every level of the escrow transaction. Outside of work, Lory loves exploring nature, hikes with her fur babies, spending time at the beach and spending lots of time with her family.
